Although Bali’s history has been traced to the Stone Age, most of Bali’s rich heritage started to develop during the Empire of the Majapahit (1293 to 1520 AD). It was an era ruled at its peak by Hayam Wuruk who controlled other kingdoms such as the southern Malay Peninsula, Borneo, Sumatra, Kalimantan and eastern Indonesia, and the Philippines. It was a sophisticated golden time that brought over Hindu-Javanese literature and artistic activities, which today are still the foundation of Balinese arts. After Hayam Wuruk’s death, the kingdom’s golden age came to an end as power struggles erupted within the ruling family and the kingdoms of Java continued to grow in influence and strength. The decline of the Majapahit Empire in the 15th century was followed by an exodus to Bali of Hindu priests, intellectuals, artists and members of the royal family.

Between the thunderous noises, the vibrations, and the breathtaking view of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, Journey Behind the Falls provides an amazing sensory experience. This experience will transport you to the foot of Niagara's Canadian Horseshoe Falls, where you may stand and watch the water cascade from thirteen floors above.
In order to access two outdoor viewing decks and two portals that are located just behind the magnificent Niagara Falls, visitors to this thrilling attraction must descend 125 feet (about 40 meters) via an elevator to a brief, cave-like tunnel.
Without a hallmark ride on the renowned Niagara City Cruises (previously run by Maid of the Mist), a trip to Niagara Falls would not be complete. This well-known Niagara Falls boat ride is a "must-do" when visiting the region, regardless of whether you're traveling with friends, family, or your significant other.
SkyWheel is Canada’s largest observation wheel that takes you 175 feet above Niagara Falls. From the top you can take in panoramic views of the Horseshoe and American Falls, Niagara River, and city skyline. The Niagara SkyWheel in Clifton Hill sits in the heart of the entertainment district.

At 520 feet (160 meters) above street level and 775 feet (236 meters) above the foot of the Falls, Skylon Tower is an observation deck at Niagara Falls. What a bird's-eye perspective! Guests will travel in their famous "yellow bug" glass elevators to reach the summit, where they can see the Falls as they ascend the tower.
You may enjoy breathtaking views of the Falls, the stunning skyline, and the cityscape surrounding the Niagara Gorge from the tower's Observation Deck. World-class eateries, observation decks, gift shops, souvenir picture ops, and even an arcade in the basement are all aspects of the tower.
